You will learn to prepare a selection of exciting, seasonal goodies. Anton will show you what butter substitutes to use and how to bind using plant based ingredients. You will prepare savoury dishes in the morning which will be consumed at lunchtime with a glass of vegan wine. In the afternoon you will prepare cakes and cookies to take home.
