The Tuscan Kitchen celebrates Italian peasant food. You will take part in an interactive demonstration during which Charlotte will prepare the main ‘Tuscan ragu with pappardelle’. You will also prepare the starter and dessert in teams before sampling wine from the region as you consume the final three course meal.
