In this class you will learn to prepare traditional, Italian, vegetarian dishes that are enjoyed by vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.
- Peperonata – a red pepper stew ‘to warm the cockles of your heart’ according to Nigel Slater
- Parmigiana di Melenzane – A Neapolitan aubergine dish. Melt in the mouth layers of aubergine, tomatoes and mozarella
- Risotto or fresh pasta with seasonal ingredients
- Spinach and ricotta pie with…a surprise
You will enjoy a final meal of the food prepared with a glass of Italian wine or non-alcoholic alternative.
