More and more people are moving towards a plant based diet. We focus on menu planning, a variety of cooking techniques and recipes that are filling. You will be taught how to use a diverse range of ingredients (vegetables, grains and pulses) to ensure you achieve nutritional balance.
The day will start with refreshments and drinks on arrival. In the morning you will prepare brunch such as shakshuka or fritata. In the afternoon you will learn to prepare recipes from the Mediterranean, Middle East, India and South East or East Asia. You will learn how to prepare five main meals which take no longer than 30 minutes.
Wine is available to accompany meals.
