Mariella is passionate about her Neapolitan heritage and can’t wait to share it with families. You will learn to prepare pizza dough from scratch and also learn about slow fermentation, temperatures and the importance of folding. You will prepare a Neapolitan style pizza and a Roman Pizza in Teglia which is baked in a tray and shared with family and friends.
You will also learn how to prepare Italian strawberry sorbet and a gelato without an ice-cream maker.
The ticket price is for two adults and one child (under 10) or an adult and one child over 10.
