Mariella is passionate about her Neopolitan heritage and can’t wait to share it with families. You will learn to prepare pizza dough from scratch and also learnt about slow fermentation, temperatures and the importance of folding. You will prepare a Neopolitan style pizza and a Roman pizza in Teglia which is baked in a tray and shared with family and friends.
You will also learn to prepare Italian strawberry sorbet and a gelato without an ice-cream maker.
The ticket price is for two adults and one child (under 10) OR one adult and two children (any age).
