Harborne Food School Welcome to Harborne Food School. We offer cookery classes, professional chef demonstrations and unique food experiences in our beautifully designed cookery school within the Grade II listed Clock Tower building on Harborne High Street, Birmingham. Our facilities are ideal for cooking classes, cooking demonstrations, food focus groups, food related training, private parties, private dining, team building and corporate events.

A classical Lebanese meal starts off with cold mezze then hot mezze  before a main of grilled meat and even more mezze. The key is to pace yourself to allow room for a rich, sweet dessert. Lebanese food celebrates the full flavours of the Mediterranean and  Middle-Eastern culinary traditions. In this class, Chef Tutor, Les Rennie, will teach you to prepare a selection of dishes ideal for a levantine inspired dinner party for friends and family. In true ‘Beirut Nights’ style, the bigger the party the better. The session will end with a meal of the food prepared and a glass of wine or non-alcoholic alternative.
