During this session Charlotte will demonstrate how to debone and butterfly a leg of lamb. You will learn to prepare
– Slow roast shoulder of lamb with salsa verde
– Butterflied leg of lamb with labneh and apricots
– Lamb kofte with flatbread and tabbouleh
The session will end with a meal of the food produced. Refreshments will be served on arrival and a glass of wine/alternative served with the final meal.
