Chef Tutor, Mariella Bliss, is founder/owner of ‘Blissful Italian Food’ in Oxfordshire. As well as delivering classes in her village she travels the country sharing her love and deep knowledge of Italian food.
This class will focus entirely on desserts. Focaccia with grapes and vin santo will be served on arrival. You will then prepare a selection of desserts under the guidance of Mariella

The menu may be adapted to include Rum Baba, mini almond cakes and/or biscotti.
