Having learnt from the best chocolatiers in the world, and as an award wining baker, Charlotte will explain everything you need to know, from buying, tempering and cooking with chocolate. During the session you will learn to make real hot chocolate, ganache, chocolate truffle and brownie. You will also take part in a tasting of different percentages.
Eight workstations are available for eight families (up to two adults and two children per family).
