Harborne Food School Welcome to Harborne Food School. We offer cookery classes, professional chef demonstrations and unique food experiences in our beautifully designed cookery school within the Grade II listed Clock Tower building on Harborne High Street, Birmingham. Our facilities are ideal for cooking classes, cooking demonstrations, food focus groups, food related training, private parties, private dining, team building and corporate events.

Situated on the southern coast of France, Provence-Côte d’Azur offers miles of rich blue Mediterranean coastline and delicious sunshine food to go with it.

Hands-on cooking-class menu

  • Pistou Provençal with fennel, courgette, broad beans and basil
  • Provençal chicken with tomatoes, artichokes and green olives
  • Tian de legumes

Charlotte will also demonstrate

  • Fougasse aux olives noires (a bread with olives)
  • Gâteau aux abricots (apricot cake)

You will eat a three course meal of the food prepared accompanied by a glass of French wine (or non-alcoholic alternative).
