Hands-on cooking-class menu
- Pistou Provençal with fennel, courgette, broad beans and basil
- Provençal chicken with tomatoes, artichokes and green olives
- Tian de legumes
Charlotte will also demonstrate
- Fougasse aux olives noires (a bread with olives)
- Gâteau aux abricots (apricot cake)
You will eat a three course meal of the food prepared accompanied by a glass of French wine (or non-alcoholic alternative).
