Birmingham born Chef Amanda Kellar is a celebrity chef you may not have heard of. She hasn’t appeared on Saturday Kitchen but she has cooked for Royalty and everyone who is anyone in the world of pop music including Madonna, Lady Gaga, Lionel Ritchie Jay Z, Rihanna, Stevie Wonder, Beyonce, Paul McCartney, Britney Spears, The Rolling Stones, Rod Stewart, Bon Jovi, Usher and Nicki Minaj. Amanda was head chef of Sotheby’s, Dorset Square Hotel and Charlotte Street Hotel. Her first job was working for the Spencer household – preparing meals for Princess Diana’s father and step-mother.
A one hour interactive demonstration will be followed by a sit-down meal. You will learn how to prepare modern British meals and enjoy food, wine and conversation about food, wine, art, celebrities and royalty. Please highlight your preferred starter and main when booking.
