Executive Chef Tutor will start the session off with the Great British favourite – a demonstration of roast beef and accompaniments.
You will then learn to cook the perfect steak with accompanying sauces. This will be eaten as a final meal with hand cut chips and a complementary glass wine. You will also prepare beef stroganoff (using fillet steak) which you will take home to eat.
Charlotte will explain how to shop for the best quality cuts that are produced with higher animal welfare standards.
