More and more people are moving towards a plant based diet. We focus on menu planning, a variety of cooking techniques and recipes that are filling.

You will be taught how to use a diverse range of ingredients (vegetables, pulses, tofu and tempeh) to ensure you achieve nutritional balance and an interesting variety of flavours.

We will begin the day by cooking brunch pancakes, and then spend the afternoon making easy mid-week meals which are inspired by flavours from India and South East or East Asia. The class will be mostly hands on cooking and will include some demonstrations with basic knife-skills instruction.

Wine is available to accompany meals.
