More and more people are moving towards a plant based diet. We focus on menu planning, a variety of cooking techniques and recipes that are filling.
You will be taught how to use a diverse range of ingredients to ensure you achieve nutritional balance and an interesting variety of flavours. You will learn to make easy mid-week meals which are inspired by flavours from across the world. The class will be mostly hands on cooking and will include some demonstrations with basic knife-skills instruction.
Wine is available to accompany meals.
Sample Menu
- Tacos two ways - Spiced butternut squash and black bean & Mexican corn and courgette
- Farinata with red onions and black pepper
- Baked tomato stew with peppers, onions, harissa and pine nuts
- Mushroom bourguignon with olive oil mashed potatoes
