We have recently upgraded our website. Vouchers purchased on the previous site no longer work but are still valid. Please e-mail or call the food school to place your order confirming your code or the purchaser's full name or e-mail.

In this class you'll learn to prepare meals that support you to maintain a healthy weight.

You will learn to prepare a selection of meals to eat and take home for the week. The meals are flavoursome but also include an appropriate balance of carbohydrate, fat, protein and micronutrients to ensure that you feel satisfied as well as nourished.

Sample Menu

  • Rice paper rolls
  • Courgette, fetta and herb frittata
  • Seven vegetable tagine
  • Sicilian fish stew

You will make enough to take away and experience at least a couple of days of eating well and feeling good.
