During this session you will learn to prepare lamb in three different ways

Charlotte will demonstrate how to de-bone and butterfly a leg of lamb.You will learn to prepare

- Slow roast shoulder of lamb with salsa verde
- Butterflied leg of lamb with labneh and apricots
- Lamb kofte with flatbread and tabbouleh

The session will end with a meal of the food produced. Refreshments will be served on arrival and a glass of wine/alternative served with the final meal.
