This class is designed to help you master yeast bread making. You’ll learn to mix, knead, prove, shape and bake bread by hand without the use of artificial additives.

Chef tutor, Charlotte Pike, will demonstrate and guide you to prepare a white yeast bread loaf, rolls and a granary loaf. The dough will also be used to prepare a homemade pizza which you'll enjoy with a glass of prosecco (or alternative!) at the end of the evening.

Don’t forget to bring a take-home bag and boxes to take away the bread you bake.
