Norman is author of 'Amazing Malaysian' and his laksa dish was mentioned by Felicity Cloake in the Guardian on 'how to cook the perfect laksa'.
Norman has most recently been based in the Hague filming his fifth cooking show. He has also teamed up with 7 other globally based Malaysian-born chefs to set up ‘Masters of Malaysian Cuisine’. This campaign promotes Malaysian food through live online cooking demonstrations in partnership with Tourism Malaysia and Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industries.
