Vivien Lloyd is a leading authority on the preservation of fruit and vegetables, with a life-long passion for making and teaching traditional preserves. Author of First Preserves and a number of e publications about preserves and baking, Vivien is an inspirational tutor, who teaches at Cookery Schools in UK and France.Vivien’s preserves have won prestigious competitions, notably the Marmalade Awards and Fortnum and Mason’s Chutney Challenge.
