Welcome to Harborne Food School. We offer cookery classes, professional chef demonstrations and unique food experiences in our beautifully designed cookery school within the Grade II listed Clock Tower building on Harborne High Street, Birmingham. Our facilities are ideal for cooking classes, cooking demonstrations, food focus groups, food related training, private parties, private dining, team building and corporate events.

Eduardo Olleta

Eduardo was born in Madrid and has been working as an engineering manager for a railway consultancy company at Birmingham for nearly a year. Passionate about cooking since he was a child, Eduardo learnt traditional Spanish and Moroccan cooking from his mother and grandmother who owns a ‘food house’ in the north of Morocco. Work has taken Eduardo to Barcelona, Valencia and Seville as well as Madrid. Travelling and living around Spain provided allowed Eduardo to further develop his expertise in traditional Spanish cuisine. Eduardo trained in French cuisine in Alambique´s food school in Madrid. Extensive international business travel has exposed Eduardo to unique food experiences across South America and the Middle East as well as Europe. We are fortunate to taste a variety of fusion foods when we sample Eduardo’s cuisine.
