Charlotte is an award-winning food writer and cook. Having trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School, Charlotte is an experienced cookery teacher, as well as the author of a number of cookery books, a regular food column for HELLO! Online and a popular food blog. She is the Managing Director of an award winning freefrom bakery, and enjoys sharing her love of food through teaching and writing. Charlotte has lived and worked in Spain, and travelled the country extensively. She has a BA Hons in Spanish and has a passion for authentic Spanish food.
