My name is Anton. Im professional vegetarian/vegan chef with over 10 years experience. I've come to UK 7 years ago to pursue my dream -- cook beautiful vegetarian/vegan food and inspire and touch lives with it. The philosophy of plant-based ethical food something that moves me deeply and I've dreamt of learning a skill which will allow me to show the world how incredible this food is. So I spent these years working in highly acclaimed vegetarian restaurants, including Acorn vegetarian kitchen, Demuths restaurant, Vanilla Black, The Gate, Tibits, Bistrot 1847 etc. And for the last 2 years Im finally living my dream, running my own private event/plant-based catering company as well as teach cooking in several schools around UK, including famous Demuths vegetarian cookery school. The main philosophy or a vision that Im striving to share and inspire through the food, that it doesn't have to be a practice of austerity. Its joyous and is made with so much love. Im not even talking about, aromas, colours and textures! My menu's would always be largely influenced by locally grown majestic seasonal produce. I even forage for wild food myself 9 out of 12 months a year. I want to teach a food connection, so people would fall in love and gratitude for the planet, that brings us so many beautiful gifts, that can nourish our bodies, minds and spirits and bring a positive change to the world.
