The sausage in the pic was moist, full of herbs and bursting with flavour. A beautiful, succulent vegetarian sausage. In this class, you will learn to prepare great quality veggie sausages and burgers with Vegetarian/Vegan Chef extraordinaire, Anton. It’s possible to boost protein content by using lentils, pulses, tofu and soya. Anton is all about the flavour and texture and yes, for those of you focused on reducing processed meat consumption..he can also provide top-tips on ¬†how to make veggie meals taste ‘meatier’.

Sample Menu
Olive oil and sundried tomato sausages + cannellini bean and celery mash
Tarragon and mushroom burger
Sweet potato and bean burger + tomato salsa

You will eat a final meal of the food prepared. Probably with your hands ‘dirty burger’ style with a beer, glass of wine or alternative.

You will need to bring take home boxes for the sausages and burgers you make.
