Traditional Christmas dinner celebrates meat and poultry but vegetarians don’t need to miss out. In this class, Anton will show you how to prepare a sophisticated, vegetarian Christmas meal for yourself, family and/or guests who are vegetarian. You will probably need to prepare extra for ‘FOMO’ (fear of missing out) meat eaters!
The session will end with a meal of the food produced and a glass of wine.
Blini with a seasonal toppings or chestnut soup with rosemary foccacia
Parsnip rosti, the perfect nut roast or a Very Full Christmas pie
Vegetarian red wine gravy
Seasonal veg with flavour twist e.g. miso roasted sprouts
Clementine and polenta cake or seasonal, spicy fruit
