You will be sent joining instruction to meet at Lickey Hills Country Park. Refreshments will be served on arrival as James talks you through the basics of wild food foraging to help you correctly identify potential cooking ingredients. Equipped with foragers baskets, we will discover a range of wild, edible species hidden in the hills. James will give point out look-alike species as well as endless possibilities.
We will return to Harborne Food School where we will prepare a wild food lunch which will include foraged fungi, berries and other autumnal finds.
You will be provided with foraging information to take home and use on future wild food adventures.
