Chef Tutor, Sachiko, will teach you how to make ramen noodles from scratch. You will also learn to make the all important broth – the popular tonkotsu and classick shoyou broth. You will be shown how to combine your favourite toppings, such as eggs and chashu which is a Japanese style char siu (Chinese roast port). Recipes can of course be adapted for vegetarians.
The session will end with a ramen noodle soup and Japanese beer or wine.
