It’s February, dark and cold outside. We were reluctant to go out in the evenings until the Danes introduced the concept of ‘hygge’ to the rest of the world. Combat the winter blues with candles, hot chocolate, good food & good company. You will be guided by Chef Tutor, Charlotte Pike, to prepare a Danish inspired menu. It’s only a matter of time before hygge becomes huggy.
