START:
September 24, 2017
DURATION:
11.00 - 14.00
ID:

This class has already taken place.

March 12th is the Indian festival of Holi – a Hindu spring festival in India and Nepal, also known as the festival of colours or the festival of sharing love. Join us for a typical Indian brunch of poha (flaked rice), Bombay aloo and spiced fruit/yoghurt followed by an Indian bread making class.

There’s more to Indian bread than naan and chapati. On this course you will learn about the different types of bread, how they are cooked and which meals they will generally accompany. You will practice making your own and experiment with different flavours to accompany different types of curry.

Brunch is served on arrival and includes prosecco lassi and/or masala chai.
