Chef Tutor Charlotte Pike will teach you how to make the perfect patisserie at home. Tricks and tips for success and guidance on how to take your baking to a new level, you’ll prepare
– French fruit tarts, pâte sucrée, crème patissière (the picture is of a tart prepared during the August class)
– Tarte au citron
