Breakfast/Brunch is now a great social occasion. Healthy doesn’t need to mean boring and so we will show you how to prepare a breakfast/brunch buffet to impress you guests or help you to start the day well…
You will learn to prepare the following
- Home-made granola and breakfast trifles
- Breakfast Smoothie
- Chickpea pancakes or Ricotta pancakes
- Persian omelette
- Poha – an Indian flaked rice, savoury dish
- Kedgeree or Kichori (if vegetarian)
We will also compete to prepare a perfect poached egg….the rest is simple. A muffin, spinach, salmon etc.
A Blood Mary or Kir Royale will be offered on arrival and you will eat the food prepared at the end of the session.
