We offer cookery classes, professional chef demonstrations and unique food experiences in our beautifully designed cookery school within the Grade II listed Clock Tower building on Harborne High Street, Birmingham. Our facilities are ideal for cooking classes, cooking demonstrations, food focus groups, food related training, private parties, private dining, team building and corporate events.

Situated on the southern coast of France, Provence-Côte d’Azur offers miles of rich blue Mediterranean coastline and delicious sunshine food to go with it. In this class you will prepare a Provencal meal of ratatouille (a vegetable casserole consisting of tomatoes, onions, courgettes, aubergines, peppers, garlic and herbs), a fresh fish main course followed by lemon and lavender cake. You’ll enjoyed the food you prepare with a glass of wine at the end of the session.
