Charlotte Pike’s latest book Fermented: A Beginner’s Guide to Making Your Own Sourdough, Yogurt, Sauerkraut, Kefir, Kimchi and More, delves into the world of fermented food and drink. Charlotte was inspired to write this book having heard so much about the health benefits of fermented food and drink  ‘I couldn’t find much out there in terms of delicious recipes and how to incorporate fermented foods into everyday eating, so the book came about as a result of my rigorous experimentation, and more than a little trial and error in the kitchen’.
You will

learn how to get started with fermenting at home and the best equipment to use.
In this class you will learn to make Kombucha, Kefir, Yoghurt and Sauerkraut which you will take home.

We will serve South Indian dosa on arrival to keep you going during the session.

If you have a copy of Charlotte’s book, she will be happy to sign during the class. If you wish to place an order, be sure to let us know. You’ll need to bring take home boxes.
