Master the art of using chocolate. Having learnt from the best chocolatiers in the world, and as an award wining baker, Charlotte will explain everything you need to know, from buying, tempering and cooking with chocolate. You will learn to make ganache, chocolate truffle and brownies and take part in a tasting of different percentages.
You will also find out about sustainable/Fairtrade chocolate and why this is important.
There will be lots of delicious chocolate goodies to take away with you, so please do bring a plastic container to transport any food home. Refreshments will be served on arrival and a dessert wine will be offered to accompany a final meal comprised of the chocolate goodies you make.
