Join us for a day of breadmaking. This hands-on course will take you through the basics and show you how you can fit bread making into your routine so that you can recreate delicious breads at home. Together, we will make three doughs, a white to make a focaccia, a wholemeal loaf and a spelt loaf. We discuss how to get the best out of your domestic oven, which yeast to use, different mixing techniques and lots more. You take home all of the bread you make and a 20 page booklet filled with advice and recipes.
The session includes refreshments, lunch and a glass of wine/cold drink at lunchtime.
