Learn to proof, raise, knead and bake bread by hand without the use of artificial additives. Charlotte will guide you to prepare her artisan loaf, caramelised onion rolls and a granary loaf. Learning from different community groups in our super diverse city, you’ll also learn how to perfect soda bread and taste flat breads from the Middle East and Africa. A truly social and relaxing session, we’ll end the session with homemade pizza and prosecco (or alternative!). Don’t forget to bring a take-home bag to take away the bread you bake.
