This class has been designed for people who have already taken our beginners bread baking or confident home bakers who want to develop their skills further. You will prepare a selection of bread including rosemary and sea salt focaccia, cinnamon buns, fougasse and if time is available, a multisided crisp bread or poppyseed buns
A final meal of home-made pizza (and prosecco) will be served. You’ll need to bring take-home tins/bags for the bread you bake.
