Welcome to Harborne Food School. We offer cookery classes, professional chef demonstrations and unique food experiences in our beautifully designed cookery school within the Grade II listed Clock Tower building on Harborne High Street, Birmingham. Our facilities are ideal for cooking classes, cooking demonstrations, food focus groups, food related training, private parties, private dining, team building and corporate events.

City Centre Food Tour

A city centre food tour starts off at the Bullring Market and China Town. On farmer’s or street food market days we organise brief talks and food tasters. Tours may also incorporate a visit to the Victorian Arcade where participants sample and learn about wine, chocolate, whisky, patisserie, artisan bread and cheese.

East Asian/Chinese Food Tour

Ideal for those of you who love eating and cooking pan-Asian cuisine our specialist chef tutor leads a tour of a Chinese/East Asian supermarket and/or China Town. The tour includes food tasters and is followed by a cooking demonstration at the Food School or a partner restaurant.
